Steel Gate Repair
Customer Issue: An uncaught production flaw in the customer’s iron gate caused one of the vertical slats to crack under the frame’s pressure.
Our Solution: We assessed the damage, and determined that we didn’t need to remove Mr. Phillip’s gate from its hinges in order to fix this. Since the bar in question was already broken, we had the slack necessary to insert the upper section properly into its socket. We supported the gate on a set of jacks, straightened the faulty upper bar, and welded it into place with the lower section and the upper frame.

Our Solution: Our team found that debris had gotten lodged in the track of the customer’s sliding driveway gate. This caused it to get worn from strain, and break down in some areas. We quickly repaired these problem spots, and our experts then cleared out the debris completely, allowing the gate to slide along easily again.
